Good Housekeeping Deposit
One or two lodges have not been left in a good condition by previous
hirers. This unfortunately means we now reserve the right to levy
an additional charge of up to £50 should your lodge be left
in an untidy condition.
Clients are asked to leave their accommodation and its contents
clean and tidy when vacating. Turn round times of the lodges are
quite short on Saturdays and lodges left in poor condition make
the task very much more difficult. Over and above dirt, other items
such as fat left in pots and pans or unknown breakages are very
time-consuming to fix. All damages or breakages of the fittings,
utensils, crockery or cutlery should be reported to reception and
will have to be charged for.
Equipment
Each property is furnished and equipped to cater for the stated
permitted occupancy and includes pots and pans, crockery, cutlery,
iron and ironing board.
Linen
All properties are supplied with pillows, (two per person) duvets
and bed linen. Towels are not included in the price, but may be
hired from us at £5 per set.
Cots
Cots may be hired at £7 per week.
Dogs
Dogs are by prior arrangement only, and must not be allowed on furniture
or in bedrooms, must not be left unattended, and must be kept under
strict control. Guests must clean up after their dogs (poop scoops
are available at the recieption)
A charge of £10 per pet will be incurred.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any part of the lodges. We have provided
safe sand receptacles outside for all our guests. Please do not
leave cigarette butts lying on the ground beside the lodge, they
look unsightly and we are concerned about the fire risk they present.
