Comments from our Visitors Book

"We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay.  It's been a great base to go off and explore, although sometimes, it was a strain to leave such beautiful and peaceful surroundings.  Our daughter also loved the playground, and was thrilled to bits that she had deer & cows in her 'back garden'.  Will definately recommend to friends."

A wonderfully peaceful lodge, we loved it.  The location was great & the lodge was homely & comfortable.  We really could have stayed here for longer than we planned it was that good.  Our dog loved to sit and watch the cows & sheep and loved to sit gazing out of the balcony.  We would definately come back here and just leave the world behind us."

"The lodge is very comfortable and provided exactly what we needed.  The wood pellet burner provided a very cosy place to relax in once the kiddies were all tucked up in bed.  Will be recommending to family & friends.

"A fantastic play to stay and relax and watch the world (or sheep and cows) go by...Very relaxing, warm, toasty fab sauna.  Great views, great location, wonderful building!!"

"It is an unforgetable stay and visit.  Everyone should visit Scotland at least one time in our lifetime.  Scotland is a heaven on earth.  It's a pleasure as well as educational trip which makes us forget all the worldly affairs.  Staying at Craigs Lodges is another wonderful experience."

"The cottage was wonderful.  It felt like a honeymoon so who knows...maybe we'll come back for that!!!  Steven and John were so helpful and it just made our stay that bit more special.  Decided this is our new base camp for when I come back 'hame'!"

"This was a christmas present from our children.  I did think on the first day they could have sent us somewhere warmer, but we've had a great few days.  Today being the best, woke up to a bright sky and a woodpecker on the tree by the balcony!"

"We have had a fantastic time - We visited Edinburgh, Lanark, Glasgow, Stirling, Loch Lomond, Queen Elizabeth Forest, and not forgetting Crieff and the Grouse Distillery.  The Weather was very kind to us and it was nice to bome back to beautiful surroundings and friendly people"

"Beautiful lodge, fantastic scenery - a lot more space than you'd expect too! Enjoyed visits from the cows and a lovely walk by the canal.  The fire was great, everything became very warm, especially upstairs!  Love the open plan, never felt to crowded.  Great stay.  Thank you!"

"Did all the touristy things - Blair Drummond Safari Park, Falkirk Wheel, Deep Sea World, and chased the ducks at the Loch.  The Chalets are in a great location - provided all the basics."

Toblorone.  Home from home.  I would definately recommend and I would love to return."

"Had a great week. Loved the lodge, the weather was good (mostly!).  Loads to see and do.  Too much for one week so we'll have to come back one day.  Would recommend it to anyone."

"We had a very warm & friendly greeting and were given lots of help to settle in.  We have often come to Edinburgh but this was the first time we stayed in the outskirts.  We could only sum up the stay as 'beautfuly, peaceful and very very relaxing!"
